Refund Policy

ParkingAppeal.ca provides an automated document drafting service. Our refund policy depends on whether the service is provided free of charge or as a paid service.

1. Free Service Period

During periods when our service is offered free of charge, no payment is collected and refunds are not applicable.

2. Paid Service (When Enabled)

When paid services are enabled, payment is charged solely for the generation and delivery of a draft appeal letter.

A refund may be issued in the following limited circumstances:

• A technical error prevents the letter from being generated or delivered, and

• The issue cannot be resolved by resending or regenerating the document.

Refunds will not be issued based on:

• The outcome of a parking ticket appeal

• Decisions made by the Calgary Parking Authority or any other authority

• User dissatisfaction after the letter has been successfully delivered

• Errors or omissions in user-provided information

3. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you experience a payment issue, please contact us first at:

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve billing or delivery issues promptly.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in denial of future service.

4. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
